Customer Support Representative

Under the general direction of the Customer Support Manager the Customer Support Representative acts as a liaison, provides service information, answers questions, and resolves any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.  Ensures excellent service standards, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction. 

Shift: Mon-Fri | 7:30am – 4:30pm
