Videos to help guide customers
When CUD opened its online payment system to safeguard our customers’ financial data, there was a bit of a learning curve involved for everybody. We quickly discovered that some customers process new information best through personal interaction, some through online help, and others are visual learners.
With that in mind, our Customer Service and Communications departments have created three videos to help customers navigate our payment portal at www.connect.cudrc.com.
Pay My Bill – The name says it all. You’ll see each step in making an online payment.
Start New Service – If you’re new to the area or moving within the county, we’ll walk you through the process of getting the water service you need.
New User – Whether you’ve moved into the county or just want 24/7 access to your account, this is where you start.
