- Milton Pumping Station Improvements
Construction cost: no invoices yet. The construction contract was awarded in October 2025. The Preconstruction Meeting was held in December. The Notice to Proceed is expected soon with the contract commencing in April. The pump station has been operation since early June. The only remaining work involves some minor electrical items on the punch list. - Paw Paw Springs Water Line Extension
Construction cost: $223,071. Overall 2% complete. During January, the contractor cleared topsoil from easements on several properties; installed 16-inch casings and infrastructure on the existing water line along Independent Hill Road. - Old Salem Road Water Transmission Main
Construction cost: $4.1 million. Overall 93% complete and ahead of schedule. During November, December, and January the work involved: asphalt paving/patching and concrete replacement; restoration of turf/grass areas and general clean-up. - TDOT Highway 99, Phase 3 Water Main Relocation
Construction cost: $994,166. Overall 96% complete and on schedule. During January, the contractor installed/completed: 458 feet of 16-inch water main; 25 feet of 8-inch water main; 2 fire hydrants; connection to the 16-inch water line at Cason Lane. - Eagle Creek and Diamond Crest Drip Field Improvements
Construction cost: no invoices yet. The contract was awarded in April, and contracts were signed by CUD 06/24/25. TDEC permits are still pending. - Pete Alsup Road Water Line Extension
Construction cost: no invoices yet. During January, pipe was delivered, and the contractor positioned equipment to be ready for work.
