CUD has partnered with local nonprofit Community Helpers to manage the Neighbor-4-Neighbor program. This provides assistance to customers in Rutherford County who are experiencing financial hardship and struggle to pay their utility bills.

You can participate for as little as $1 per month. To join this meaningful and caring program, simply fill out the form below.

All recipients of assistance are vetted. As a donor, you may opt out at any time. If you wish to send in your form via postal mail, we offer a downloadable/printable version (also available in Spanish )
